Return of goods

If for any reason you would like to return your order, please contact our customer support at info@cottonbundle.cz and we will work out the next steps together. The return method may vary depending on the product.

We offer free returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you pack the goods in their original packaging and prepare them for collection by our partner courier or delivery to a Zásilkovna branch. Detailed steps can be found below.

The refund process may take up to 14 business days. Once everything is resolved, we will send the money to the account you provided in the withdrawal form .

Return procedure

1. Fill out the withdrawal form

Please fill out the withdrawal form. The withdrawal form can be found here.

Please remember to include the form in the package you send us. If for any reason you are unable to include the form, please include at least the order number and the account number where you want your refund sent.

2. Pack the product carefully

Return the product to its original condition. Pack it carefully in the original box. It is important that it is protected against further damage. The package should contain:

returned product
a completed withdrawal form (or at least the order number and account number for refunds)

3. Deliver the package back to us

There are two ways to return your product. Please make sure to remove the original shipping labels before sending the package.

1. DPD collection
A DPD courier will come to your home, pick up the package and take it to us. All for free. Please make sure you have arranged a suitable pick-up date with our customer care representative at info@cottonbundle.cz .

2. Zásilkovna
On the Zásilkovna website, select a branch to which you will deliver the parcel with a maximum weight of 10 kg and a maximum longest side of 120 cm and provide the code 90891521 when handing it over - thanks to it, no fee will be charged for the package.
