We have 14 days to process the return. During this time, we will refund the money to the account you provided in the return form.

Pack the product in such a way as to prevent possible damage during transport as much as possible. The returned shipment should contain: the claimed or returned product, a completed  claim form , padding material that prevents further damage (bubble wrap, newspaper, polystyrene, etc.). Standard size goods can be returned free of charge via GLS or Zásilkovna.

Depending on the size of the package, our customer representative will inform you how to return the package using GLS or Zásilkovna.

Returning the item is free if you use one of our partner courries.

Please contact our customer support and send us photos of the product along with any labels and markings on the packaging. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange a solution.

First, please check the invoice and the applied discounts. If the amount still doesn't match, feel free to contact our customer support and we will resolve it together.

We process refunds within the specified 14-day period from the receipt of the package at our warehouse. If the amount hasn't been credited yet, please contact our customer support so we can resolve it together.
